A' Tuscan Estate Vacation Cottage
The McMinnville Vacation Cottage is a 1913 Craftsman home remodeled with all the modern conveniences located next door to the main house. The two units share a common entry.
The Vacation Cottage Suite is situated on the second floor of the cottage, while the Vacation Cottage Apartment encompasses the first floor. Both come with fully stocked kitchen utensils and pots and pans along with spacious accommodations, and a shared laundry room, front porch, and back patio.
The Vacation Cottage is perfect for your longer stays or a more private experience. Located just five blocks from McMinnville’s historic Third Street, the Vacation Cottage units afford easy access to restaurants, shopping, wine and beer tasting.
This is a non-smoking property including marijuana. Smoking is allowed in the back of the property keeping property distance from other guests.
Cottage Apartment
The Cottage Apartment encompasses the first floor of our Bed and Breakfast’s Vacation Cottage. Complete with dining room, fully stocked kitchen, a separate bedroom with California King pillow top bed, living room with Queen sofa bed, full bathroom with shower/tub, shared laundry room, front porch and back patio. This Cottage Apartment offers a more private experience or larger space for your longer stay.
Our well-known, three-course gourmet breakfast is served in the main house and is also included.

The Cottage Suite is located on the second floor of the Vacation Cottage with a California King pillow top bed and a Twin bed as well as a sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, private bathroom with shower/tub, shared laundry room, front porch and back patio. Perfect for your longer stays, or a more private experience.
Our well-known, three-course gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the main house and is also included.
